📝 Overview
Program registration links make it easy to guide customers to specific registration pages within your software. These links are available at several levels and automatically update as your online registration settings change.
You can access both Program Finder Links and Free Trials Links on the Program Types page. The Program Finder Link directs to all active programs, while the Free Trials Link filters the view to only trial options.

From the main menu, go to Programs → Program Types, or type “Programs” into the global search box.
On this page, you’ll find two types of links available for each program:
Program Finder Link – directs customers to the public program page showing all open and available registrations.
Free Trials Link – directs customers to the same program page but filtered to show only free trial options.
These links automatically update with your season’s online registration settings, so you do not need to change them when new seasons are added.
Right-click any link icon to select Copy Link Address and embed it on your company website or share it directly with customers.

✍️ Note: If multiple seasons exist under the same program, the view from this link will include all applicable seasons for that particular program.

From the main menu, go to Programs → Seasons, select the desired Level, and then click on the specific Group/Roster.
You can also type the roster name into the global search box, which opens the Program Search page for quick access.
Once you’re on the Group Settings tab, you’ll see the available registration links for that specific class, camp, team, or per-session roster.

How can I make a class private or require a link to register?

To make a class private (only accessible by direct link):
From the main menu, go to Programs → Season → Levels and select the class roster.
Open the Settings tab for the class.
Make sure the class is Active.
Uncheck Online Registration so it will not appear in public search results.
Copy the registration link from the roster page and share it directly with participants.
✅ Customers with the direct link can register normally, but the class will not appear in general listings.

No. Registration links automatically update with your current season’s settings and remain valid as long as the program structure stays the same.
Can I embed these links on my website?

Yes. Right-click the desired registration link and choose Copy Link Address. You can embed the link into a button, image, or text link on your website.
Can I share these links in emails or social posts?

Yes. You can include program, season, or roster links in email campaigns, newsletters, or social media posts. When customers click, they will be taken directly to the correct registration page.
