📝 Overview
LiveBarn streaming service at your customers' fingertips! This integration adds a customized link to your email messages that makes it easier than ever to let your customers know how to subscribe. Grow your subscriptions naturally.
Once enabled, your LiveBarn promo code is automatically appended to event reminder emails sent to your customers. You can also manually add LiveBarn variables to any email template, giving customers a direct link to subscribe to live streaming for your facility's events.

⚠️ Important Note: You will need to have a LiveBarn account and hardware in order to proceed.
🔗 Integrations & Add-Ons

Navigate to Integrations & Add-Ons using one of the following methods:
In the global search box, type Integrations & Add-Ons.
Click the Admin dropdown and select Integrations & Add-Ons.
On the left side, click the Integrations section.
Click the Get Started button. A modal will appear with options to configure the LiveBarn integration.
Toggle on the Enable LiveBarn option.
Enter your LiveBarn Promo Code. This can be found by logging in to your LiveBarn account.
Click Save Settings.
📧 Email Templates

You can also edit any email template to include LiveBarn variables, allowing your customers to access the promo link directly from their emails.
Navigate to Email Templates using one of the following methods:
Click the Customers dropdown and select Email Templates.
In the global search box, type Email Templates.
Open any email template you want to update.
From the Template Variables dropdown, locate the LiveBarn variables under the General section.
Add a line to the template body and insert the variable to link your promo code with the LiveBarn registration link.
Add this updated template to a season. Every new registrant will receive the email with the LiveBarn link included.

Once your LiveBarn promo code has been entered in the Integrations & Add-Ons section, every event reminder sent through your account will automatically include a link with your promo code at the bottom of the email.
