📝 Overview

The Game Officials Export report provides a detailed list of upcoming games—perfect for scheduling referees, viewing matchups, and managing field logistics. This report can be exported and imported into external game official scheduling platforms.


🔑 Authorizations

In order to access the report, you must have have the "global financial" authorization assigned to your User Role.

📍 Where to Find It

Click the arrow to learn where to find the report

  • Use the global search bar to start typing "Game Officials Export"

  • Or navigate to Reports > All Reports

  • You'll find Game Officials Export listed under the Programs section

🚦 How to Run It

Click the arrow to learn how to run the report

  1. Use the filter fields to select a Location, Season(s), and (optionally) Level(s)

  2. Click the Search button to generate results

  3. Click the CSV or PDF button below the search bar to export

⚠️ Important: Use the CSV format if you plan to import the file into a third-party referee scheduling system. PDF format will not work for that purpose.


📊 Reporting

Each game entry includes:

  • Game Number – Unique match ID

  • Game Date – Scheduled date

  • Game Time – Scheduled start time

  • Game Age – Age group (e.g., Open, U10)

  • Game Level – Competitive or recreational level

  • Gender – Coed, Male, or Female

  • Location – General facility name (e.g., Redmond)

  • Resource – Specific field or court

  • Sub-Resource – Further location detail, if applicable

  • Home Team – Hosting team

  • Away Team – Visiting team

  • Game Description – Optional notes added during scheduling

  • Filter by Location and Season for a focused view of relevant games

  • Sort by Game Date and Time to easily build a daily or weekly referee schedule

  • Export to CSV if you plan to upload the data into external scheduling tools

  • Use spreadsheet filters to segment games by team level, gender, or field usage

  • Run separate reports for each league or location to simplify organization and exports

  • Double-check filter selections if results seem missing—especially with seasonal overlaps

Who appears on the Game Officials Export report?

Only games scheduled within the selected filters (location, season, level) will appear—this includes all assigned matchups regardless of referee assignment status.

Can I run the report for all locations?

No. The report only allows you to select one location at a time. If you need data for multiple locations, you’ll need to run and export the report separately for each one.

What file format should I use for importing into referee scheduling software?

Use the CSV format. Most external scheduling systems require CSV for data imports. PDF files are not compatible.

Can I sort the report by game date or team?
