📝 Overview
The GL Report allows you to track and export your organization’s general ledger activity for reconciliation in external financial systems. By selecting from a variety of pre-formatted export options, you can generate files that match the requirements of your accounting software.
This feature ensures accurate financial reporting, reduces manual adjustments, and helps streamline the handoff between program revenue in the software and your general ledger. You can run the report by location, program, and date range, then choose the export type that best fits your workflow.
⚠️ For products that use split GL codes, use the GL Report – Split GL Codes instead.
