💡 Pro Tips
⚠️ Use short date ranges - Narrow your search to one or two days when tracking a specific issue to reduce unrelated results.
🧠 Review “Modified By” and “Notes” - These fields reveal whether a change was made by staff or an automated system action.
💬 Compare reports - When investigating refunds or billing discrepancies, view the Audit Log alongside the Transaction Report for full context.
📌 Export for review - Download the audit results as a CSV to share with managers or include in compliance checks.
⛔️ Avoid editing from the log - Make data corrections directly from the related page (e.g., Customer, Roster, or Event) rather than within the Audit Log.
