How it Looks
There is a left navigational bar to help access all of the different components that make up the specific program you are viewing.
Details
This section includes all of the primary set up information for the group.
Roster
On the roster tab you will find summary information for the next event, group financials, group notes and assigned employees. In the roster toolbar are buttons for adding players or managers, and a whole suite of reports and group actions: mass invoice, group invite, group message, audit log and email history can all be found here.
For customers that did not fully pay for their invoice for a roster, it will display on the Roster page, their balance owed.
When adding participants from the Roster page, press the "Add" button. Managers added to teams will display a "Star" next to their name. A pop up modal will appear to search the customer database. In this box, you can enter names, emails, phone numbers, customer ID, etc. Also once you put your cursor in the box, you will notice that your recent search and any newly created accounts will appear for you to select from. If the roster has a custom form attached, this will appear in this box to fill out as well.
Schedule
From this tab you can add events and see the group schedule. In the toolbar you’ll also find links to the League Schedule and the League Analyzer. Should you have an upcoming event, this will be called out at the top of this page and the roster page. The full event list is color-coded so you can distinguish between past and future events.
Invoices
Here you will find the list of group payments. Should this group have the normal team billing type, you will also see the team invoice here. At the bottom of the group payments list, you will find the link to the invoice summary page should you need it.
Standings
This tab will only appear for the "Team" type.
Purchase Orders
Should you have any purchase orders assigned to the group, you will be able view these to edit and/or fullfill them.
