Chat

This is the best way to get a hold of us during business hours. From within your account or via the Help Center, initiate a chat conversation via the Help icon in the lower right hand side of the page.

A pop up window will appear with some self help options availble:

  • View past tickets

  • Contact Us

  • View Help Center

  • See past notifications our team has sent regarding software updates

Click on the "Contact Us" option and provide some initial details about your question. Please answer the prompts as accurately as possible. Our system will first attempt to find an answer in our Help documentation. If that doesn't resolve your issue, you'll have the option to request further assistance. You can then choose to either "Chat with an Agent" or "Schedule a Call."

Emergency

In the case of an emergency, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Please DO NOT use this for non-emergency issues or to report bugs. You should get a response back acknowledging the issue and updates when the issue is resolved.
