How

In Company Settings, we have 3 new options now:

Dates/Expires After: Enter in the effective date when the change should take effect. For example, if a facility closed on March 17th, you may want to shift all memberships that were set to expire after 3/17/20.

Shift Amount: Quantity of "shift period". Can be negative or a positive amount

Shift Period: Choose between days, weeks, months or even years

Key Stuff:

  • There is no "undo" button unless you use the same shift period amount but in the negative.

  • If a customer asks us to do this, we need to make sure we confirm exactly what they want in the Salesforce ticket so we have a record of it before we do it.

  • Assign a Tag to any Salesforce ticket where you use this tool (shift_pass, shift_membership, shift_payment)
