📝 Overview
Use a Class Registration Fee to charge a one time registration cost when customers enroll in a class. This fee is added at checkout alongside class pricing.
⚠️ Important
The Class Registration Fee cannot be a Membership product. Memberships should not be added or sold using this field.
If a membership is required for registration, it must be configured through the program fee product, not within the season or level settings.
This option is only available within a Class season and does not apply to camps, leagues, or other program types.

The registration fee is charged once per class registration.

Navigate to Seasons
Open the appropriate Class season
Select the desired Level
Open the Settings tab
Select Fees
Locate the Registration Fee field
Choose an existing product
The selected product cannot be a Membership product
Save your changes
📣 Need to require a membership instead?
When a membership should be prompted during registration, it must be attached to the program fee product, not added at the season or level level.

📄 Registration Page
The registration fee is displayed on the class details page.
The fee is shown separately from the class price.
Customers can see the registration fee before continuing to checkout.

The registration fee appears as a separate line item in the cart.
The fee is labeled as a Class Registration Fee.
The fee is required and included in the total amount due at checkout.
📌 Additional Details
Registration fee products are standard products.
Pricing, tax behavior, and accounting settings are controlled on the product itself.
Customers will see the registration fee clearly listed during checkout before completing payment.
If the Registration Fee field does not appear, confirm the season type is set to Class and that a level is selected.
