Waivers – to store completed customer waivers to their account there is a fee of 15 cents per adult and 5 cents per child waiver. See our article on Waiver Management to setup your digital waiver form.

Electronic Signatures – Electronic signatures go through HelloSign and can be used for signing contracts by multiple parties. The fee for electronic signatures is 99 cents per document – not per signer. You can add multiple signers to a document with no extra charge. See our Digital Signatures and Digital Signatures in the Booking Manager articles for more information.

Online Booking – Online booking allows customers to view, request and instant book rental space at your facility. There is a fee of $49 per month for each location to enable online booking.

REACH Media Display Integration – If your facility has tv monitors that display the facility schedule there is a free basic option through DaySmart Recreation to display your schedules. Or you can enable Reach Display Integration at a fee of $49 per month. Reach Display provides a customizable schedule display and can be used for marketing or sponsorship promotions. Remote Printing – Remote printing is used for sticker and wristband printing. There is a fee of $49 per month to use this addon. An example of this would be printing out customer event stickers at check-in so that when they reach the field/ice/court an attendant can confirm that they are registered and paid. *If your facility uses a cash drawer that pops you will need to turn remote printing on, but you will not be charged. Be sure to communicate with your trainer if you need to turn this on for a cash drawer pop.

Twilio Integration – This is a third-party text messaging tool. You will first need to create a Twilio account then you will set up the integration with DaySmart Recreation. There is no additional fee from DaySmart Recreation for using the Twilio Integration. See our Twilio (SMS) Integration Setup Guide help article for more information.

Membership, Passes and Gift Card are all free with no added charge. It is best practice to leave those on and use them as needed for your company.

USA Hockey does not have an additional fee and can be used to require a USA hockey membership for selected programming.
