šŸ‘« Feature Update as of May 2025

Adults can now purchase memberships for their partners online.

šŸ“‹ Overview

In some cases, a customer may want to add an additional adult to their account whether it be a partner, spouse, or even a grandparent. This allows them access to be linked on the Admin side. As adults, they cannot see each other's events for privacy purposes but if children are added to one of the adult's accounts, the facility can link each adult to the children so they can see, register, and receive emails for the kids.

Facility staff can connect adults to children on the Admin side so both have full visibility.

āš ļø Other Notes

Click the arrow to learn more

  • While the partner invite is pending (i.e. they haven’t confirmed), the main account will show a notice/flag on the main page.

  • The main account holder can resend the partner invite if needed.

  • Once the partner accepts the invite and finishes setting up, they will appear as a registration option on the family account—just like children.

  • If the partner’s waiver is expired or unsigned, they cannot be registered. A warning will show if an adult selects a partner whose waiver needs attention, prompting them to log in and complete it first.

šŸ’” Pro Tips

  • āš ļø Check your email spam folder if you don’t see the invite—sometimes the confirmation email lands there.

  • 🧠 Verify contact details before sending the invite (especially email) to avoid delivery issues.

  • šŸ’¬ Remind partners to complete waivers if they’re blocked from registration.

  • ā›” If an invite seems lost, use the resend option or ask the facility Admin for help.

  • šŸ“Œ Admins can assist if a partner doesn’t appear in the account after signup.
