Overview

The MFA feature will be powered by Twilio’s Verify product. Verify will be used to send a code by SMS, Voice Call or email. Email will be done through SendGrid, which will have a separate setup.

*A code has the lifespan of 10 minutes. This is not configurable and determined by Twilio.*

Initial Twilio Setup

Each company will need to have its own Twilio account.

*At some point subaccounts may be created from DaySmart Recreation’s main Twilio account.*

In the Twilio Console, Products need to be pinned to show in the left sidebar. To pin a product, you first Explore Products and pin them as needed.

The following information will be needed after setting up the Twilio account. These will be referenced when saving the settings in DSR Admin Company Settings.

Account SID

Auth Token

Setup Verify Service

This will configure the verify services to use Twilio for creation and sending of the verification codes.
