Overview
This tool allows you to filter and search for any scheduled event or series of events. Once you have the events you are looking for, you can then choose from a variety of editing tools such as setting scores to a game, assigning staff, adding comments to events, publishing or unpublishing events and so much more.
Authorizations
Any User can access the Event Search and Bulk Edit tool. There are certain actions on the page that require more higher level authorizations. For example, in order to edit an event, you must have the "Event Create/Edit" authorization. If you are trying to delete an event that was created by another user, you will need the "Delete Other Event" authorization.
How To Use
Searching for Events
If you have been using the Event Search tool all along and are wondering how to do some of the tasks you are used to doing, make sure to check this video out first to get acquainted on the different layout of the page.
The main visual changes are how the options / filters are displayed, as well as the time filters. Other than that, everything should look pretty similar to what you are used to:

When you are ready to edit any events, you will need to first search and pull up the necessary fields that you are wanting to adjust on the event. In this video, we go over how you need to select the search criteria first to display the results. Then you can edit the events how you please.
