The event search and bulk event editor tool allows you find any scheduled event or series of events and edit them.

The Event Search & Bulk Edit tool makes it easy to find scheduled events or event series using filters. Once you locate the events you need, you can apply bulk actions such as entering game scores, assigning staff, adding comments, publishing or unpublishing events, and more.

You can access the Event Search & Bulk Edit page in two ways:

  1. Navigate to Calendar > Event Search & Bulk Edit from the top navigation bar.

  2. Type โ€œevent searchโ€ into the global search bar at the top of the page and select Event Search & Bulk Edit from the results.

  1. Any user can access the Event Search & Bulk Edit tool.

  2. To edit events, you must have the Event Create/Edit permission.

  3. To delete events created by other users, you must have the Delete Other Event permission.

When you are ready to edit any events, you will need to first search and pull up the necessary fields that you are wanting to adjust on the event.

In this video, we go over how you need to select the search criteria first to display the results. Then you can edit the events how you please.

You can edit these fields in bulk:

  • Resource

  • Time

  • Published / Unpublished

  • Setup / Takedown

  • Locker Rooms & Notes

  • Tasks

  • Capacities

  • Staff

  • Event Comments

You can also view additional fields on the same screen:

  • Team Notes


๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Printing Results

โœ๏ธ The software does not provide a way to print events in a calendar format.

  • You can print results from the Event Search & Bulk Edit page by using the Export All or the CSV option.

  • Use filters such as Customer and Date Range to create a targeted list of events, then export for printing.

  • โš ๏ธ Filter first โ€“ Narrow down results with date, resource, or staff filters before editing.

  • ๐Ÿง  Double-check selection โ€“ Preview the list of events before applying changes.

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Use comments carefully โ€“ Only add comments in bulk if all selected events require the same note.

  • โ›”๏ธ No undo โ€“ Bulk edits cannot easily be reversed, so confirm before saving.

Can I print customer events in a calendar format?

No. Calendar printing is not available. The best alternative is to use the Event Search & Bulk Edit page, filter by customer, and export the results by either using the Export All or CSV button. Remember that only the fields selected in your search options will display on the export.
