What
The Season Enrollment & Revenue Comparison - Class report allows you to view Class seasons across multiple locations and compare their revenue and customers. Not only can you compare multiple Class seasons, but you will also see PY and PYTD columns for each season that you selected. These represent Past Year and Past Year To Date numbers, allowing you to compare the selected Season(s) with the past year to determine whether it has inflated or deflated, as well as different locations or programs.
More
You will see a table of the following data for the current (selected) season(s) and their prior season:
Current Season as of selected date (Registrations, Revenue)
Past Year total (PY) (Registrations, Revenue)
Past Year To Date (PYTD) (Registrations, Revenue)
Percentage of PYTD (Registrations, Revenue)
New Customers
Returning Customers
Customer Retention Percentage
How
Select your filters for the report. Selected Locations determine what Seasons you have to choose from. Options include Location(s), Program(s), Season(s), Level(s). All of which are optional to select so you can be as specific as you like.
You will also see two graphs at the bottom of this report that act as a figure for the data above. One for Enrollment Comparison and one for Revenue Comparison, giving you multiple ways to view the success of your programs. This is the easiest way to see your comparison at a glance. The Percentage of PYTD is also a good summarized metric of whether your current season is improved over your past season or not. Red, negative percentage shows as the current season being less than, while green, positive percentage shows as an increase.
In the example below, I have selected three different locations, and the same class season from each to see which location is having the most success with that program.
