Here is an example of a customer that has an address within a residency zone.

If a customer does not have the residency tag on their account but should, there is a way to override the current status that is set. This can happen sometimes if an address is not recognized my Google for example.

​Resident Pricing

For each product, there is a price point that can be set for a Non-Resident or the Global price for Residents.

When a customer is registering, it will look at their status and use the correct price to charge.
