Below is a template that you can use to assist your employees with logging into their user account for the first time:

Here is how you can get started into DaySmart Recreation:

URL to access the system: https://apps.daysmartrecreation.com/dash/admin/

I have created your User account so you could login and take a peek in the system if you like. Your login credentials can be found below:

Employees can also download the "DaySmart Recreation Admin" app from either the Apple iTunes or Google Play store.

Company Code: (your company code here)

Username: ENTER USER NAME HERE

Temp Password: ENTER TEMP PASSWORD HERE

Changing password

  1. Log into the account

  1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner

  1. Click User Name

  1. Click on Password on the menu

  1. Follow the prompts to reset your password

A default landing page can be set for each user:

  1. Log into the account

  1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner

  1. Click User Name

  1. Click anywhere in the Preferences box. Enter password.

  1. Select a Homepage (Calendar, Cash register, or Dashboard)

Tips/General Use

The following browsers are fully supported for the Admin side:

  • Google Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Apple Safari

Generally, you should not use the browser's Back and Forward buttons. Use breadcrumbs and menu items whenever possible. Use the browsers in full view mode for a more effective screen. The default timeout period for inactivity is currently set to 20 minutes for PCI compliance.
