05/07/2026: Event Type Lock Notice Added to New Bookings
When creating a new booking, a notice now displays reminding you that the event type cannot be changed after the booking is saved. This helps ensure the correct event type is selected before committing, avoiding the need to delete and re-create a booking due to an incorrect selection.
05/11/2026: Character Limit Hint Added to Cash Register Tile Text Field
The "Tile text" field in the Cash Register product modal now displays a "Max 15 characters" hint below the input. This makes the character limit visible upfront so admins know what to expect before reaching it.
05/12/2026: Custom Rentals Tab Name Added to Customer Portal
Admins can now rename the "Rentals" tab in the Customer Portal to better match their facility's terminology. This setting is found in the Online Booking add-on panel under Integrations & Add-ons. A custom name between 2 and 30 characters can be entered, and the tab defaults to "Rentals" if left blank.
05/14/2026: Product Sales Report Location Column Added
The Product Sales report now includes a Location column, positioned between the Date and Customer columns. Each row displays the name of the location associated with that sale, and the column is sortable, making it easier to review and filter sales activity across facilities without exporting first.

05/07/2026: Booking Request Staff Email Formatting Improvement
The email notification sent to staff when a customer submits a booking request has been reformatted for easier reading. Each piece of booking information, including customer details, resource, timing, and event type, now appears on its own line, making it easier to review the full request at a glance.
05/07/2026: Per-Session Registration Day Count Fix
An issue with per-session registrations has been resolved. Sunday session selections were not being counted in the selected session display. All days of the week now show the correct number of sessions selected, ensuring the count accurately reflects your choices before checkout.
05/11/2026: Customer Profile Birthdate Field Fix
An issue with the birthdate field on customer profiles has been resolved. The date picker calendar was not appearing when clicking the field and now opens as expected. The field also no longer accepts non-numeric input.
05/12/2026: Outdated Settings Removed from Company Settings
Two options have been removed from the Member App tab in Company Settings: "Program Finder Options" and the "Enable new Member App" toggle. These settings no longer applied to the current version of the platform, had no effect, and have been removed to reduce confusion.
05/12/2026: Team Creation Fee Field Auto-Population Fix
An issue with fee field auto-population when creating a new team has been resolved. The fee field was not automatically populating when a billing type was selected and now correctly pulls in the amount configured in the level settings, consistent with previous behavior.
05/13/2026: Customer Portal Quick Login Enter Key Fix
An issue with quick login in the Customer Portal has been resolved. Pressing the Enter key was submitting the login form twice, sometimes landing customers on a "Create an Account" page instead of logging them in. Pressing Enter now correctly submits only the login action.
05/13/2026: Birthdate Field Auto-Formatting When Adding Family Members
When adding a family member from an existing customer profile, the birthdate field now automatically inserts slashes while typing. Entering a date such as "10092002" will format correctly without requiring manual slashes. This resolves an issue where profiles could not be saved without them.
05/15/2026: Fire Drill Report Check-In & Check-Out Count Fix
An issue with the Fire Drill report has been resolved. Check-in and check-out counts were previously displaying in reverse order and now correctly reflect how many people have checked in versus how many are still on-site, ensuring reliable headcount data during an emergency.
